At CB Custom Works, all sales are final. Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except at the sole discretion of the owner.

Custom Orders

Each item is uniquely crafted and personalized to order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Owner Discretion

In rare circumstances, refunds or exchanges may be considered at the owner's sole discretion. This may include cases of:

Defective products due to manufacturing errors
Significant errors in the order fulfillment
